Play to Secure Gamified Security Education Platform

Role: Business Analyst & Researcher (2024-2026) | Thesis

Interviewed 32 developers to find out why insecure coding habits happen, then turned those findings into requirements and a prioritized feature list for a gamified learning platform. Evaluated the final platform using the MEEGA+ framework and got a "Good Quality" rating; presented the work as a Top Thesis Research Poster at BRAC University and as a Finalist at the 12th NSysS 2025.

Volunteer Platform (Apr 2025 - Jun 2025)

Role: Agile Scrum Lead & Business Analyst

Led a 4-member team using Agile: planned sprints, managed the backlog, and ran daily stand-ups and every sprint delivered on time. Collected requirements from stakeholders and turned them into user stories and workflow diagrams that shaped the roadmap for a volunteer-matching platform used across Bangladesh.

Skill Sharing Platform (Jul 2025 - Aug 2025)

Built a platform where users can find and join skill-sharing sessions near them, covering session listings, sign-ups, scheduling, and a dashboard to track past sessions. Worked out the requirements and feature list based on stakeholder input, and planned the database structure behind session discovery and tracking.

Car Appointment Management System (Jul 2025 - Aug 2025)

Built a scheduling platform where customers can book mechanic appointments and service providers manage bookings through an admin dashboard. Documented the booking workflow, cutting down manual scheduling work and helping staff confirm appointments faster.
